Pentru ace\u0219ti angaja\u021bi, job-ul nu este doar o surs\u0103 de venit, ci o pasiune foarte puternic\u0103, ce se reflect\u0103 100% \u00een rezultatele muncii lor \u0219i \u00een performan\u021b\u0103.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un angajat implicat este extrem de ata\u0219at de munca da, dar \u0219i de performan\u021ba \u00een companie \u0219i are nevoie s\u0103 simt\u0103 c\u0103 efortul pe care \u00eel depune face o diferen\u021b\u0103.
