Chiar dac\u0103 board-ul de conducere al companiei dicteaz\u0103 obiectivele, nu este \u00een regul\u0103 s\u0103 stabile\u0219ti \u021binte nerealiste pentru angaja\u021bi. Iar acestea sunt posibile doar dac\u0103 renun\u021b\u0103 la cli\u0219eele f\u0103r\u0103 sens \u0219i la observa\u021biile insensibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scoate din discurs frazele de mai sus, pe care nu ar trebui s\u0103 le spui niciodat\u0103.
